Betty Arp had been decorating cakes for 20 years and operating
"I Do" Cakes by Betty since 1993. Betty specializes in light
and tasty buttercream or the elegant fondant frosting.
Betty has trained with Geraldine Randlesome of Creative Cutters, Richmond
Hill, Ontario and has taken numerous classes across the Midwest. Betty
is a longtime member and past state representative of the International
Cake Exploration Societe and regularly participates in Sugar Art conferences.
Betty creates cake for many weddings every year in addition
to birthday, graduation and anniversary cakes. She enjoys working with
the Bride to create a unique and elegant wedding cake.
